CartSnap is a brand new iPhone application that allows its user to instantly snap a photo of an abandoned shopping cart and report its location to California Shopping Cart Retrieval Company (CSCRC) for immediate pickup.  CSCRC has exclusive rights to all data collected in states which which it operates.  Use of CartSnap will help us be even more responsive to the needs of communities and residents who want carts returned to their owners in a timely manner and stores who want to build positive relationships with the communities in which they operate.
