Our dedicated staff of 12 represents decades of experience in business management, customer service, loss prevention and government relations.
We have developed sophisticated, digital communications and data networks to allow the near-instantaneous flow of information from retail clients and stores to CSCRC and on to our managers and contractors. Our systems also allow us to follow trends that allow us to deploy our resources more efficiently.
Our proprietary reporting system allows us to monitor trends in cart retrieval and offer our customers a custom-configured reporting capability. We regularly utilize our system to audit reporting figures from contractors to ensure that instances of error are swiftly identified.
